Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms cover the websites we build and sell, the preview pages that show them, and the hosting we provide.
By buying a website or hosting from us you agree to them. If something here is unclear, write to
contact@intelli2.com before you buy.
1. Who we are and what we sell
Intellisquare Ltd (“we”, “us”) builds small-business websites. You can choose:
- Download — a one-time fee for the finished website files, which you can host anywhere.
- Hosted — the same one-time website fee, plus an annual hosting fee, and we keep your site online at an address we give you.
- Your own domain — we can help connect the site to a domain you own; contact us to arrange it.
The price of each option is shown on the preview page before you pay and again at checkout.
2. The preview
We create a preview of your website in advance, using information about your business that is publicly available
(for example its public business listing). It is free to look at and carries no obligation. Previews are removed
after a limited time. A preview may use sample photos and wording that you can ask us to change.
3. What you get when you buy
- The website as shown in the preview, without the preview banner. You may ask us to correct factual details
(name, address, phone, hours, wording) and to swap sample photos for your own.
- Full ownership of the website content and design delivered to you. You may edit, move or reuse it.
- Sample photos are licensed stock images that you may keep using on your website; they are not exclusive to you.
4. Your responsibilities
- Check that the details on the site are correct and that you have the right to use any text, photos, logos or reviews you give us.
- The star rating shown on the site comes from the business’s public Google listing and links to the reviews on Google; we do not copy review text. Tell us if you want the rating removed.
- Use the website lawfully. We may suspend a hosted site that breaks the law or harms others.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in the currency on
the checkout page and may exclude any taxes that apply in your country. You will receive an invoice by email.
6. Hosting and renewals
- The hosting fee covers one year from the day you buy. Your website stays online while hosting is paid up.
- Hosting renews automatically each year, charged to the card you used, unless you turn
auto-renew off in your account. We email you a receipt each time. You can instead pay for each year by hand.
- You can cancel auto-renew at any time. Your site then stays online until the end of the year you have already
paid for. If hosting is not renewed, we may take the site offline; you can always download your website files first.
- Details on refunds are in our Refund Policy.
Domain names (Option 3). If you buy a domain name through us:
- We register it for you through our domain registrar. You are the registrant (the legal owner), and we look after it for you: we keep its settings (DNS) correct and
connect it to your website, so you never have to.
- You must give accurate contact details. The registry will email you to verify them, and if you do not click that link within 15 days the domain can be suspended. You also agree to the
registrar’s domain registration agreement and ICANN’s rules for registrants.
- The domain is registered for one year and renews each year on the same payment as your hosting. If the yearly payment stops, we do not renew it and it will expire.
You can ask us to transfer it to another provider at any time (new registrations cannot be transferred for the first 60 days).
- Domain registration fees are not refundable once the domain is registered, because registries do not refund them.
Website changes (Options 2 and 3). While your hosting is active:
- It includes up to 5 change requests to your website (more can be arranged). A change request can be new wording, different photos, services and prices,
contact details or opening hours, colours or fonts, or a new section.
- You can also tell us about your business in your account, so we can use your real details and photos.
- We usually make a change within 2 working days, but we do not promise a time. We email you when it is done, or if we need more from you. We may group related requests together.
- You must have the right to use everything you send us (text, photos, logos). We may decline a request that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringes someone else’s rights,
or amounts to a complete redesign. A declined request does not count towards your changes.
- Change requests are for hosted plans only. If your hosting lapses, new requests pause until it is renewed. People who buy only the website files (Option 1) do not receive this service.
7. Availability
We aim to keep hosted websites online but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance,
outages at our providers or events outside our control can cause downtime.
8. Limits of liability
The website and hosting are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for
indirect or consequential losses (such as lost sales or profits), and our total liability for any claim is limited to
the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer
laws of your country that cannot be excluded.
9. Your information
How we collect and use personal information, and the rights you have over it, is explained in our
Privacy Policy.
10. Your rights where you live
We sell mainly to businesses, but some customers (for example sole traders) may be protected as consumers. Nothing in these terms or our
Refund Policy takes away rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
- United States: state consumer-protection laws continue to apply.
- Canada: provincial consumer-protection laws (for example Ontario’s and Quebec’s) continue to apply to consumers, including their rules on cancelling distance and online contracts.
- United Kingdom: if you buy as a consumer you have the rights in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (services carried out with reasonable care and skill) and, for online purchases, a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- South Africa: if you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Protection Act 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2002 (including its 7-day cooling-off right for electronic transactions) apply.
We honour any statutory right to cancel that applies to you. For downloadable digital content such as your website files, those laws generally allow the right to cancel to end once delivery begins with your
agreement: by choosing the download option you ask for immediate delivery and agree that, once you have downloaded the files, the website fee is not refundable (see the Refund Policy).
Prices may not include sales tax, VAT, GST or HST. Where tax applies to your purchase it is shown on your invoice.
11. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes do not affect a purchase
already made. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but nothing in this clause removes the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. If we cannot sort out a problem, you may also complain to your local consumer-protection authority. Questions or complaints:
