Privacy Policy

Last updated October 6, 2026

This explains what personal information Intellisquare Ltd (“we”) collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the privacy laws of the places we sell to, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, Canada’s PIPEDA and CASL, South Africa’s POPIA, and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA.

What we collect

Why we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Marketing email

Our first email to a business says where we found its details. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; once you use it we do not email you again. We keep your address on a do-not-contact list for that purpose. You can also write to us to stop.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the service, under their own privacy commitments: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, our web-hosting provider, and, if you buy a domain name, our domain registrar. Domain registration requires the registrant’s name, address, phone and email to be given to the registrar and registry; we ask for free privacy protection so this is not shown publicly. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Some providers are outside your country, so your information may be processed abroad; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Depending on where you live you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or withdraw consent; you can also ask not to be contacted for marketing. We do not discriminate against you for using these rights. Email contact@intelli2.com and we will respond within the time your law requires (generally within 30 days).

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your regulator, for example the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (or your provincial commissioner), South Africa’s Information Regulator, or your state attorney general in the US.

Security and changes

We protect information with access controls, encrypted connections and regular backups, but no system is perfectly secure. We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
