Refund Policy
Last updated October 6, 2026
In short: your website files are delivered straight away. If you have not downloaded them you can ask for
your money back within 14 days. Once you have downloaded the website, it is yours and the website fee is not refundable.
You can cancel hosting at any time.
The website (Option 1, and the website part of Option 2)
The finished website is a digital product that we deliver immediately after payment. Within 14 days of your purchase you can
ask for a full refund if you have not downloaded the website files. Email contact@intelli2.com from the address you bought
with, quoting your Client ID, and we refund the original payment method.
Once you have downloaded the files, we cannot give a refund, because you now have the complete website and can use it anywhere.
You are asked to agree to this when you buy. A hosted site (Option 2) is online for you to look at without downloading it: if you want a refund, do not download the files,
and we will take the site offline when we refund you.
If something is wrong with the website
If a detail is wrong (name, address, phone, hours, wording) or the website does not work as shown in your preview, tell us. We correct it free of charge.
If there is a real fault that we cannot fix, we refund the website fee, even after download.
Hosting (Option 2)
- Hosting is a one-year service that starts when you buy. You can cancel it at any time. Your website stays online until the end of the year you have paid for,
and you are not charged again.
- The part-way year is not refunded. If you cancel, you can still download your website files and host them anywhere you like.
- Hosting renews automatically each year unless you turn auto-renew off. If a renewal is charged and you did not want it, ask within
7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full and stop the renewal.
- If we refund a hosted purchase under the 14-day rule above, we refund both the website fee and the hosting fee, and we take the site offline.
Domain names (Option 3)
- A domain name is registered for you straight after you pay. Domain fees are not refundable once the domain is registered, because the registry does not refund them.
- If we cannot register the name you chose (for example someone else registered it a moment before), you have lost nothing: we register another name for you at no extra cost, or refund the domain fee.
- If you ask for a refund within the 14-day window and have not downloaded your website, we refund the website and hosting fees, but not a domain fee for a domain that has already been registered. The domain stays yours: you may keep it
(we can transfer it to you) or let it expire.
- If you cancel hosting, we stop renewing the domain with your next yearly payment, and it expires at the end of the year you paid for. Ask us if you would like to transfer it away first.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
- Turn off auto-renew: sign in at https://pay.intellisquare.io/portal with your Client ID and email, then choose “turn off auto-renew”. Or email us and we will do it for you.
- Request a refund or cancel hosting: email contact@intelli2.com with your Client ID. Refunds usually reach your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and does not remove, any legal rights you have where you live. If you buy as a consumer, the law of your country may give you a right to cancel an online
purchase within a short period (for example 14 days in the UK and 7 days in South Africa), and consumer laws in the US and Canada may apply. We honour those rights where they apply.
For downloadable digital content, those laws generally allow the right to cancel to end once delivery begins with your agreement. By choosing to download your website you ask for
immediate delivery and agree to this. Where tax (sales tax, VAT, GST or HST) was charged on a payment we refund, the tax is refunded with it.
